I get many questions about this statement when I post about going to the Light after death.

In extreme situations when the damaged soul is filled with negative life experiences, cannot be redirected, and is irreparably tainted by the inward view of their reality, the soul is changed by the spiritual healers and rebuilt, removing the damaged portions of the core self, all in approval by the managing hierarchy of their Guides. No soul is reworked without acceptance by the Total Self.
