In The Pattern, I discuss retrieving parts of myself from lifetimes scattered over thousands of years — as an Aztec sacrificial victim, a Christian in the Colosseum in ancient Rome, and more.

These are not flashbacks or memories but an expression of consciousness. I am living those times, like stepping outside and walking over to some marvel of nature or man. They are minutes of real time we experience, subject to our present consciousness. Memories can be changed into many different shapes.
We consciously and with intent look for the shedding of energy we left at someplace, somewhen. Ghosts. They evaporate when there is no longer the energy for them to exist.
