Minderbroederskerk Chapel
BLOG
While exploring the historic Maastricht old town (Netherlands), I had the chance to step into the Oude Minderbroederskerk Chapel, constructed in 1234 atop the remnants of ancient temples and altars that predate even the Roman occupation. A wave of nostalgia washed over me as if I had once called this place home. The chapel seemed to resonate with centuries of age and profound spirituality, so palpable that I felt I could almost reach out and connect with it. It was right there, before the unassuming stone altar, that I rediscovered another fragment of my past.
