No soul is permanently trapped in trauma / self-doubt / dark beliefs, is ever irrevocably trapped. Man, animal, plant, mineral are all conscious beings to the degree they express the Light of Spirit. Consciousness is an expression of Spirit that is not terminated or immobile. Dark realms to some is Light to other. Consciousness does not fit within our internal stories of who we are and what we may become
